Description

The Emmy Award-winning series SURVIVOR returns for its 39th season, themed “Island of the Idols.” This edition features two legendary winners, Boston Rob Mariano and Sandra Diaz-Twine, who return to the game to serve as mentors to a group of 18 new players. Combined, Boston Rob and Sandra have played over 200 days in this game and plan to share their knowledge with the new castaways, but for the first time ever, they won’t be competing for the money. During the 39 days, these new players will visit the Island of the Idols and learn skills and strategy from these “idols.” The new players will then put their knowledge to the test and those who can rise up to the challenge will continue their quest for $1 million and the title of Sole Survivor. Hosted by Jeff Probst.

The new episode is going to air a week later and still no episode 7?! This is insane !!!
  • What’s the point of a season pass???

Hello? Bueller? Bueller? Seriously? What’s the point of purchasing a season pass if it takes so long to post an episode? You have our money, you’d think we be first to receive the digital content.

Delayed by 5 days now on the newest episode. This is not what I paid for!!!

My 1-star review does not reflect my opinion about the season. I’m loving season 39! This 1-star rating is for the failure of both iTunes and CBS to upload episode 7 in a timely manner. I’ve written to both customer support teams at CBS and iTunes and have not been satisfied with the response. Pull it together and give the people what they paid for! 26 bad reviews in a week - the tribe has spoken and the tribe demands the latest episode. Thank you!

Wow, 4 days and counting is a new record even for iTunes late posting
  • 5 days and still no episode

This is ridiculous that CBS has not release the latest episode to iTunes! My family wait every week to watch Survivor together and we weren't to still be waiting! I've paid for a season pass so release the episodes on time!!!
  • Episode 7, where are you??

I, like everybody else here, paid for a season pass and I expect the episodes to be posted within 24 hours of airing. I want the goods I paid for. This is ridiculous.
  • Where is the next episode??

I paid for a season pass- episodes should be available 24 hours after airing. It’s been 5 days and still no recent episode. Absolutely not acceptable for paying customers!
  • iTunes Store is still woefully broken for Survivor

I don’t know what it is but every season at least one episode of Survivor is glitched. This time around it’s episode 7 that refuses to be seen on any iOS device (including AppleTV). But I walk over to my macOS computer and load up what’s just called the “TV” app now (bye iTunes, sorta) and it can be seen there. Shows up as unpurchased, despite my season pass. I press the buy button anyway and it can be downloaded. Now, only after reloading my AppleTV, does it appear there. Break iTunes out into separate apps, call it anything you want, but Apple’s content services are still fundamentally broken after all these years. “It just (doesn’t) works”
  • Who's Fault is This... Apple or CBS?

Seriously, where is Episode 7? Are all of them stopped for the time being? Where is the pro-active email from Apple with an explanation about the problem. C'mon already.
